After many of the European victories in the first year, the Magistrate Alliance gave its offer - some would say ultimatum - to the USA - Join us, or face us. America chose to face them, and the Magistrate proved its mettle.
Using allied islands in the Caribbean as staging and strike posts, the Magistrate launched invasions of southern Mexico and the nations to its south, and of the eastern United States. The 1920's American military was nothing against the might of the Dutch army of the dark future from whence it came...

By the 1950's, the United States and the Magistrate Alliance had come to a truce, drawing up the Hudon Line, the boundry beyond which neither side could cross. The United States, however, ruled from Denver and allied with the free remains of Mexicio, would not abandon it's land east of the truce line, and they would not forget...
