Rqst: Japanese America flag

I'll let him comment on the details if he likes, but it follows on from a Japanese colonisation of North America. My translation is probably a little loose, but the words over the top *should* read "New Land" or "New World", something along those lines

The flag is very plain-symbolic in nature: the blue at the bottom represents the Pacific Ocean, the mountains would be the Rockys, and the Sun (from the Japanese flag) is rising over the mountains if someone were looking east, as you would be approaching the continent from Asia.
